Refund policy

We strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please take a moment to carefully review our return policy.

Please double check the products, sizes, colors, and quantities of the items you are ordering before completing your purchase.

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns on most items that are not defective from the manufacturer. Once products leave our facility, we can no longer guarantee how they were handled or what they may have been exposed to. For health and safety reasons, these items must be discarded and cannot be resold.

We do not accept returns on sterile products that have been opened. These items are not eligible for return or refund.

However, unopened sterile products such as full boxes of needles may be eligible for exchange only. If you ordered the wrong brand, size, or grouping, we will do our best to work with you on an exchange as long as the items remain sealed and unused.

Before contacting us, please read the exchange process outlined below carefully. This will help ensure your request is handled quickly and accurately.

Opened non-sterile items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they are determined to be defective. Please contact us if you believe an item is defective and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

 

Reporting Issues:

Any issues with your order must be reported within 7 days of delivery. This allows us to promptly address your concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution.


Defective Needlejig Items:

If you receive a defective item, please contact us to make arrangements for replacing that specific item. Defective items will be replaced with the same exact product in working order. Should a product no longer be available, we will work with you to explore suitable alternatives or other arrangements.


Non-Needlejig Product Warranty Issues:

For issues with products that are under a warranty and not produced by Needlejig, we recommend reaching out directly to the manufacturer for warranty claims or repairs. Manufacturers are better equipped to handle these matters and in most cases it is required by the manufacturer to do so. If you need the contact information of the manufacturer please feel free to reach out to us and we will be more than happy to provide that information. Do not send these products back to us. It will only cause more delays. If you run into any problems in contacting the manufacturer please do not hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to use our resources to assist in any way we can.


Exchanges for Needlejig Products Only:

This is only for exchanging products, not a full refund.

Our exchange policy applies exclusively to the following Needlejig product lines:

  • Dynasty
  • Legacy
  • Needlejig Needles
  • Gripitz

Condition of Returned Items:

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in unused, unopened, factory sealed condition.

Clearance items such as expired needles and tubes are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact customer service before returning any product.
  2. Customer service will provide you with an RA (Return Authorization) number that must be visible on the outside of the box you are sending products in. They will also provide you with the address to send the items to.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is explicitly the fault of Needlejig. Additionally, customers are accountable for any damages that occur due to improper packing during the return shipping process.
  4. Returned items are thoroughly inspected upon arrival at our facility before any resolution is offered. Items that have been clearly opened will not be eligible for exchange.
  5. Once an exchange is approved, the customer will receive a store credit for the returned products, minus a 20% restocking fee.
  6. Customers can use this store credit to place a new order on our website.

Note: Any returns that arrive at our warehouse without a visible RA number will be refused.

Our return and exchange policies are subject to change without notice. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.

Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt and report any issues within 7 days to ensure a timely resolution.
