Free Shipping Offer
We offer free standard shipping* on online orders over $250 within the continental U.S. (48 states).
Please note: This excludes full case products, liquid gallons, and certain large or heavy items.
Delivery Responsibility & Insurance
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Needlejig is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
We are happy to assist in locating your package, but replacements will only be issued after a claim has been filed and accepted by the carrier.
We also offer optional third-party shipping insurance at checkout.
Important: Free shipping does not include insurance. If you remove the automatically applied insurance from your cart, you are accepting the risk of loss or damage during transit. In that case, your package will only be covered up to $100 by the carrier.

If you prefer a specific carrier or shipping speed, please select a paid shipping option during checkout. -
All available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day unless we need to contact you or experience high order volumes.

Saturday and Sunday are not standard shipping or delivery days, unless a premium service (e.g., Saturday Delivery) is selected for an additional fee.

Orders over $250 will require direct signature upon delivery to help protect both you and us.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes:

All customs fees, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are required by law to declare the full retail value of your order on customs forms.

We cannot mark packages as “Gift” to avoid fees.

Needlejig is not responsible for packages held or delayed by customs authorities.

Cold Weather Shipping Protocol (Inks & Freezable Items)
During the winter months, if temperatures drop below 30°F, we take extra precautions to protect your order:

We will only ship inks and other temperature-sensitive products if they can be delivered within 72 hours.

For best results, please place orders on Monday or Tuesday.

If ordering later in the week (Thursday/Friday), you must select 2-Day or 3-Day shipping.
A $3.00 fee will be added to orders with fewer than 10 ink bottles to help cover heating pad and special handling costs.
